For me, affirmations are reminders that a better life It’s possible.

  • Positive affirmations change my mode when I feel sad.
  • Peaceful affirmations calm my heart when I think in a rush.
  • Powerful affirmations make me believe that it’s everything it’s possible when I feel stuck.

All are spiritual affirmations that remember me the way when I fell lost.

Because of that, I want to share the ones that work best for me with you.

These little everyday reminders make a difference in how I feel and live when the storm starts. And I hope it will do the same for you.

Let’s start.

  1. You are a Divine being, an architect of your destiny. And the universe it’s here to help you build the life you dream of. You only have to believe, avoid resistance, look inside, and let it be.
  2. Your life doesn’t look as sexy as others on their social media. But it is authentic. It is the life experience you need to experience to evolve spiritually and grow.
  3. It’s not that you don’t have many friends; you don’t sell yourself cheap. You can’t be defined with three hashtags and four emojis. You are much more than a smiling selfie in your social profile. It would be best if you had time; you can’t be known in one day. You are not a fast friend, someone to use and throw away. You need time, but you are loyal to your few friends. And that’s the whole point.
  4. You are not alone; you choose solitude to hang out with your inner self more.
  5. You can’t control criticism, but you can control how it affects you. Opinions are like colds; everyone gets one from time to time. But you don’t let their ideas get to you. Instead, you are inoculated against their toxic and destructive opinions.
  6. You are embracing your higher self, and only some people are prepared to admit the new you. But it’s ok; You unsubscribed yourself from your drama mode. And, it’s expected some of your former friends don’t resonate with you anymore because you are no longer in a relationship based on codependence and victimhood.
  7. You have accepted your shadow. And you are awakening your powers, your intuitions, your instincts. It is normal to feel dizzy from time to time. Everything has been going very fast since you dared to wake up.
  8. People with a low vibration feel your good vibes and know that your power threatens their position. But your words have truth in them, and in the end, you will make yourself understood because, as Aldous Huxley said, “Words are like X-rays; if properly employed, they can go through anything.”
  9. You are grateful to your ancestors because they gave you those characteristic features of your face and many hidden gifts in your DNA waiting for you to discover them. Your sensitivity is born from the evolution of your lineage and your wisdom from the advice you received from your grandparents. And that will to live comes from all the historical moments that each of your ancestors managed to overcome so that today you can have the opportunity to get up every time you fall and honor your ancestors by moving forward.
  10. Don’t feel guilty; you are not letting anyone down. What is happening is that you have started to prioritize yourself and stopped letting yourself down. You have freed yourself from the shackles of other people’s expectations. And the people who expected you to stay the way they wanted you to be are no longer in control of you, so they try to make you feel guilty (that’s why they say things like “you used to be cool”). They no longer have control over you. You are now a free soul.
  11. You are becoming a bright light that shines like a beacon in the middle of the storm. Don’t let them turn you off. Many people turn their backs on you, but many others need your light to help them reach the beach safely.
  12. Don’t be afraid of change. If your partner or someone else gives you up, remember that it’s probably because they didn’t love you for who you were; what they loved was the identity they created for you in their mind. But you can’t live in their mind if you want to live in reality. And the truth is that everything changes and evolves, including you.
  13. You need less to achieve more. In life, when a door closes, a window opens. You have all you need to achieve whatever you visualize for your future. You only have to use your imagination to use your skills, circumstances, social connections, and resources wisely.
  14. There’s nothing wrong with getting bored once in a while. You don’t need to numb your emotional pain with energy drinks, Tiktok videos, and junk food. Having nothing to do is not the problem; feeling stressed about having nothing to do is. You don’t have to be productive all the time. Sometimes you have to disconnect to take care of yourself and avoid burnout.
  15. You avoid instant sources of gratifications to achieve long-term goals. You delay your gratifications not because you are sadomasochistic or something like this but because the things you want out of life is worth it.
  16. You don’t need anyone more than you need yourself in life. Keep in mind, always, because it is real. You are the one who deals with your anxiety, insecurities, and overthinking. You are the one who pays the price for your faults. You are the one who can heal yourself from the traumas other people make you suffer.
  17. Success is easy for you. The only thing you have to do it’s to stop self-sabotage yourself. As M.D. Ph.D. David R. Hawkins said, “any negative thought holding you back from enlightenment is due to the payoff you are getting secretly from the ego. You only have to let go of whatever payoff you are getting.”
