Sometimes being awake and being a good person is not enough to attract love.

Unfortunately, loving yourself is not enough to attract your soul mate.

Unfortunately, healing your wounds and overcoming your traumas is not enough to find you chosen one.

Unfortunately, having survived your night of the soul, don’t send a light signal to your twin flame.

Spiritual people have it even harder to find a person to stay with than the regular joe.

Why?

Here are the main reasons.

1. They don’t get it.

You have thought patterns that don’t connect with mainstream thinking anymore.

Your habits are seen as strange.

You are on a different wavelength, vibrate differently, and have concerns that guide you differently from the majority.

This brings us to the next point.

2. You don’t cure your pain by buying things anymore.

You no longer need trips and gifts to be happy. You don’t need to alleviate your pain by spending money anymore.

You have learned to value the little or the much the universe gives you, which makes you abundant.

But the possible partners that cross your path still give a lot of importance to the material (too much).

And you’re not going to be with someone for their car, salary, or titles.

You’re not into that stuff anymore. So you are looking for someone with whom you can team up and travel through life light but full of illusion.

3. You have true love to share.

People don’t want true love. Because it’s cathartic. And the sleepers don’t want to wake up.

They live their life as a sweet lie. And they don’t want spiritual awakening to happen in their life. They don’t want to face the pain and the confusion that you became through.

That’s why you have such a hard time connecting on a deep level with someone who doesn’t vibrate like you. They don’t want to cross the river and meet you on the other shore.

They need their ego. And your true love is dangerous for the ego (you know that).

4. You have different interests than the regular joes.

You seek peace, the path of enlightenment, transcending the matrix.

You seek connection; you seek nature, a relationship with mother earth.

You want to pay off your karmic debt, being of service to the world. You seek peace and the well-being of all living beings.

Your goals are those of a beautiful soul, not those of a wolf of wall street. 
And people don’t want to go out of their way to meet people like you.

Because people like you are dangerous, as we saw in the previous point: your love transforms. And people are afraid of change.

5. You have become a human lie detector.

Part of your spiritual awakening was to stop deluding yourself. And the veils came off. You can now see clearly what most people can’t.

And you know when someone is lying to you, even when they claim and sincerely believe they are telling you the truth.

This generates a lot of fear and tension in your environment. And it’s expected that you will have trouble finding a partner.

People don’t want to see themselves in your mirror because your mirror would tell them the truth.

6. You stop going to bars.

You have stopped doing what your former self used to do. Now you are no longer part of the herd and are too lazy to party until late at weekends.

It no longer makes sense for you to go to a bar, get drunk, and make all sorts of mistakes you’d regret the next day.

You’ve played that game before. And you didn’t like it.

You’re not the same anymore; maybe you’ll find your soul mate in Thailand or on a trip to India. But you can’t do it drinking in bars anymore.

Nobody told you that, but now you realize that people change how they see you when you change as a person.

7. You have enough drama in your life and don’t want more.

You’ve crawled through the mud long enough. And you don’t want to crawl anymore.

You’ve played all the games: you’ve failed yourself, you’ve failed others, and they’ve failed you.

You’ve had enough of games. Now you want the truth. And be happy (it’s your turn)

You’ve cried, and you’ve been called too. But now you’re in a new stage of your life, and you want to enjoy it and not feel guilty about it.

If you could, you would carry a sign everywhere you go saying, “No more drama, please.”

And you’re right because even if it’s harder for you to find a partner, you’re not old enough to settle for just anyone 🙂
