I’m not going to talk to you about levitation or astral travel. So, don’t point the “Palo Santo” at me:-)

I will tell you about three natural, practical powers that spiritual people often acquire as they ascend in vibrational level.

Find out if you have any of them. And learn what they can do for you.

Let’s begin.

1- Realise.

“Don’t meditate, be. Do not think that you are, be. Do not think of being, you are.” — Ramana Maharshi.

Realizing that you are aware is a game changer. It’s like knowing that you are dreaming; it allows you to modify the dream at will.

It is the same with realizing that you are aware, observing your consciousness. This allows you to control your reactivity and get out of autopilot mode. And saves you from annoyance and arguments.

Application to your life: Remind yourself, “Hey, take it easy, I’m here,” every time you start, or feel you are about to start, an argument with someone. This will prevent you from saying things you will regret.

2- The Chi

“When you close your heart, energy cannot flow within you. And when energy cannot flow within you, there is darkness within you.” — Michael A. Singer.

Also called Shakti in the world of Yoga, it is the powerful flow of inner energy that we have within. It can be released by unblocking the heart.
It is an energy that does not depend on your age.

My mother releases that energy when she starts sewing, with her hands full of arthritis, and she is 60+ years. And because she loves sewing, she is full of vitality, and her whole body, for a while, goes back to functioning as if she were 20.

Many pianists over the age of 80 experience the same thing. It’s just to get back to the piano and regain the energy of youth.

This energy is what you feel when you are about to meet someone you are in love with or to do something you are looking forward to. It is the energy of love, capable of bringing you out of lethargy in seconds.

I’m sure that when you were a teenager and a particular person called you on the phone, you felt that energy in your chest. That feeling of life galloping inside you.

Application to your life: stay open to life, to the new, to love, and unlock your heart, and in doing so, this energy will burn within you like a flame that does not go out, giving you renewed energy, vitality, and enthusiasm.

3- The power of visualization and the expectancy effect

“Whether you think you can do it or not, you are right in both cases.” — Henry Ford.

When you believe in yourself, you are capable of anything. Having positive expectations about yourself helps you to win small victories, which will become certainties that will enhance your belief in yourself.

That’s why it’s important to visualize, as they say because 1) you develop your imagination, 2) you make your mind look for the way to the goal you want to achieve, and 3) because we end up getting from life what we believe we deserve.

Application to your life: raise your expectations, and surround yourself with people who believe in yourself even more than you do. And in this way, you will get infinitely more out of life.

Bonus

There are many other superpowers; I give you two more for reading to the end of the article.

The hyper-focus achieved by meditating daily is instrumental in this day and age, as it gives you more attention span than average.

The detachment allows you to have healthy relationships with your environment without the feeling of belonging and need. Spiritual people don’t own their partners; they share their path and don’t need them, but they rejoice in their company.

I hope you have some of these superpowers. I send you a telepathic hug 🙂
