5 Things You Need to Say “Goodbye” to Manifest Your Desires

#5. Goodbye to what hurts.

To fill the glass, you must first empty it.

It is impossible to receive without letting go.

You have to make room for the new by saying goodbye to the old.

I know it’s not easy. That you have become attached to certain things. But if you want to manifest the life of your dreams, you have to let go of everything that holds you back.

In particular, you’ll have to say goodbye to these five groups of things.

1. Goodbye to what’s left over

You don’t want me to say it, but you must hear it.

  • Say goodbye to that person who always gets you in trouble.
  • Say goodbye to that commitment that wastes your time.
  • Say goodbye to everything that takes away your peace.

Without calm, you will not manifest what you want but the opposite.

Because your mind is focused on what it does not want. Instead of what it wants. And the universe feels your emotions, and you attract more of what you have in your mind and heart.

Everything that subtracts from you makes you vibrate in scarcity. And you want abundance, don’t you?

2. Goodbye to what weighs you down

Suppose you are not manifesting what your heart desires. In that case, it may be because something weighs you so much that it has exhausted you and prevented you from channeling the energy necessary to materialize your dreams.

As life progresses, we fill our backpacks with stones. And it weighs. But that load can also be oppressing you three times as much because of the weight of guilt.

You have to let go of all the accumulated shit. You have to say goodbye to the guilt. You must empty the stones from your backpack to regain the energy to climb the mountain of your dreams.

You also deserve another chance. You also deserve to be happy.

You don’t have to feel indebted to anything or anyone. You already paid the price for your mistakes, and now you are different.

Throw away all the ballast and invest your energy in materializing instead of carrying.

3. Goodbye to what breaks

People often say, “Mens sana in corpore sano” (healthy mind in a healthy body). But the original phrase is “Orandum est ut sit mens sana in corpore sano.”

Its author is Decimus Junius Juvenal (born in the 1st century), meaning “We should pray for a sound mind in a sound body.”

Bingo!

We must visualize, affirm, and decree harmony between body and spirit.

And you can accelerate this process by freeing yourself from addictions and bad habits. As we saw in point 1, you manifest what resonates with your feelings.

Sleep well, eat well, and go for a walk. And your power of manifestation will increase.

Say goodbye to everything breaking that connection between your body and soul.

4. Farewell to that which impedes

Life is a spiritual war between different wills.

Some people do not want you to manifest the life of your dreams because if you do, they will lose your favor, or you will become their competition.

And those people are holding you back, often without you realizing it.

They may be seducing you with comfort salary increases.

They may also use dirtier methods, like making you feel that you’re not worth a damn, that you can’t get ahead on your own, etc.

All these strategies are focused on anesthetizing your will.

And if you forget that you have dreams, how will you manifest them?

You have to be hyper-focused every day on what you want. Therefore, you must say goodbye to anyone who tries to stop you from achieving your goals.

5. Goodbye to what hurts

Some situations in life hurt so much that you have to let them go.

I will tell you about something that happened to me recently.

Every year, a reader comes to visit me from Honduras. He knew how to manifest the life of his dreams by reading my texts daily, and he is very grateful.

The guy is not doing badly; he owns a private hospital and has a beautiful partner.

But for some time now, one of his loved ones, whom he has helped for years, has persisted in his addiction to alcohol.

And this causes him immense pain. She has had to walk away because her world was about to shatter. — After all, she was trying to help her family member.

He told me recently, “Manifesting is the easy part. Holding the manifested is the hard part.”

And he is right, so heed my dear reader, and walk away from what hurts you too much. You’ve done enough.

Don’t drown yourself trying to save the one who doesn’t want to be saved.

A virtual hug
