The Bible is the most influential book I have ever read (and I have read a lot; I am not just saying that).

It is a metaphysical manual with which to achieve anything your heart desires.

But it’s also a how-to book.

And you know… If you don’t follow your mother’s recipe step by step, the stew doesn’t taste the same.

So today, I want to unveil the step-by-step of one of those recipes that I found in the bible and have worked for me to manifest incredible things in my life.

Let’s start.

The text that blew my mind

“Feeding of the Four Thousand.” — Mark 8:1–8

The text tells us that Jesus calls his disciples and tells them that he wants to feed the people who have been with him for three days because he has compassion on them and does not want them to go into the desert with an empty stomach, lest they faint.

The disciples tell Jesus that it is impossible to feed up to four thousand people with the seven loaves of bread and a few fish they have in store.

Jesus takes the seven loaves and the fish, gives thanks, breaks them, performs the miracle, and asks the disciples to distribute them.

When more than four thousand people had finished eating, seven baskets full of pieces of bread were left over.

Now, let us analyze the elements of the text.

The Motivation

The heart is a chest that hides a treasure; this treasure is the true intention that moves your actions.

If your intention is selfish, your treasure is negative.

If your intention is, as in this case, compassionate, your treasure is positive.

For the law of abundance to produce many positive things, you need a positive intention. If your intention is negative, by the law of correspondence, you will reap a lot of negativity.

Giving

What do you offer to the universe in sacrifice for what you want to achieve?
Jesus takes all he has: seven loaves of bread and a few fish.

Then THANKSGIVING for having at least that much.

And then he breaks the loaves and fishes and has the disciples share them.

What is it that you have for which 1) you can give thanks, and 2) you can give it away to improve the lives of others?

You have to dedicate all your resources (deliver your seven loaves): time, effort, skill, and investment if you want to get a great return.

And what you are going to offer (the sharing of your loaves and fishes) has to meet the needs of the people.

So if you focus on meeting the needs of others by dedicating yourself body and soul to that task, with whatever few or many resources you have, you will succeed.

The reward

In the text, everything starts with seven loaves of bread, and when they finish feeding the four thousand people, the disciples collect seven baskets full of bread.

That is, they have multiplied their investment. Reread it.

That is the law of abundance.

When you give, you receive. And if you do your best, give your all, and meet the immediate needs of others by improving their lives, the universe will return your investment multiplied by seven times seven (seven baskets of bread).

When this law does not work, it is usually for the following reasons.

  • There is no valid motive behind your actions: you are not driven by wanting to improve the lives of others; you are driven by greed, envy, ego, you name it.
  • You don’t give everything you have: you must burn your nabes to leave you no choice. People who don’t provide everything can’t expect to receive everything because some of your competitors are sure to give it all.
  • You don’t give thanks for what you have: thankfulness blesses your tools and keeps a stock of your resources. Consider counting your resources (seven loaves) daily, gifting them, and distributing them wisely according to the day’s needs.
  • You have yet to learn to delegate: Jesus gives the bread and fish to the apostles. He dedicates himself to doing the miracle. What is your magic? Dedicate yourself to it, and outsource the rest to people you trust.
  • Your product is not arriving: You need people to get what you have delivered. In other words, you must locate 4000 hungry people to feed them with your bread. If there is no hunger, there is no need, and the bread will dry up without fulfilling its function.
  • You forgot to reap your sowing: Don’t forget to reap the benefits (your seven bread baskets).

All this is simple to implement in your life.

Dedicate yourself to doing things that improve the lives of others in some way. And do it for the right reasons, not just for the money.

If you do it, the same society will give you back the necessary resources so that you can continue delivering value daily because they will need you.
