Stop treating yourself as someone you hate.

It’s that simple.

Self-help is not rocket science, bro.

You don’t have to be a magician to master the attraction law.

So stop waiting for the Hogwarts Express at Platform 9¾, my little Harry Potter.

Just apply these 3 pieces of advice and let the magic of common sense work for you.

Let’s dive in

1. Be aware of the environment

The people you associate with and the places you frequent the most make you who you are. Think about it.

  • If you spend 4 hours drinking at the bar with your friends, you’ll become a different person than spending that time reading books at the library.
  • If you invest 4 hours on your sofa watching Netflix and eating pizza, you’ll become a different person than spending that time sweating at the gym.
  • If you invest 4 hours on social media and complain about politics on Twitter, you’ll become a different person than spending that time building up a side hustle.

So choose. Stop being a wannabe.

Do you want to be a successful entrepreneur? Well, do it. Stop wasting time on social media.

Do you want to be fit for next summer? Ok, pal. Stand up from the sofa, quit the fast food, and go to do some push-ups.

Do you want to better your mind? Quit the bar and grab a book. — it will take you further than beer and hanging out with losers.

2. Stay clean

How are you gonna change the world if you can’t maintain clean your own room?

Cleaning is a way to converse with the universe.

Keep your place, body, and mind clean; chaos will stop screwing you daily.

If your life sucks, it’s because you don’t clean enough.

Clean your friendships.

Clean your thoughts.

Clean your negativity.

And, of course, wash the dishes.

Don’t allow dirt to accumulate in your life.

Remember that dirt causes insects to appear. — and I’m not talking about ants and flys. I’m talking about the big ones,

The toxic partner.

Bad companies.

Drugs dealers.

The loan sharks.

Take out the garbage and make room for the blessings the universe has for you.

3. Start now

The more you wait, the less energy you’ll have to achieve substantial changes in your life.

Because the longer you stay in the dirt, the harder to clean your mess.

So the sooner you stop procrastinating, the easier it will be to get back on track.

You know where to start, keep it simple, just one step at a time, live daily but persevere.

Edit the typos of your life. Let’s pass the page and write another chapter of your history. A good one.

Treat yourself like someone you care about. Nobody can do it for you.

A virtual hug
