Yesterday something unique happened to me.
We were walking down the street, and my mother stopped by the window of a shop specializing in making jewelry with stones.
And she said to me, “I like that ring so much that it seems to be calling me. And I’m sure it costs at most 30 euros.”
The ring was a Moonstone ring (but it cost more than 30 dollars 🙂
The thing is that I gifted it to her, and the shop owner told us that my mother chose that ring because it matched her zodiac (my mother is a Leo sign).
I was skeptical, and the guy said, “Take a walk around the shop and choose the stone you like best.”
There were hundreds of different stones. I chose the Aquamarine stone and was amazed when he showed that it matched my zodiac sign (Scorpio).

- Sagittarius = Turquoise, Amethyst, Malachite, Moonstone.
- Capricorn = Turquoise, Garnet, Onyx, Labradorite, Peridot, Tourmaline.
- Aquarius = Opal, Aquamarine, Amethyst, Labradorite, Blue Topaz, Tiger’s Eye.
- Pisces = Sapphire, Amethyst, Labradorite, Turquoise, Tourmaline.
Then the guy tells me, “Nothing is by chance,” and shows me his ID card. His surname was “Anillos,” which in Spanish is Ring.
How the Universe always ends up connecting the dots
And if you want to hallucinate more, I can tell you that my mother and I lost a ring in Malaga at different times.
My mother went on her honeymoon to Malaga, and when she went into the sea, a wave knocked the ring off her hand.
Thirty-three years later, I went swimming at the same beach, and guess what? Another wave knocked the ring off my finger, and I lost it.
My ring was a reproduction of the unique Lord of the Rings ring that my mother had given me when I was 16, a year before my mother and I started to get on badly.
From 17 to 33, my relationship with my mother was not good: I played the victim and blamed her for everything you can imagine.
After my ring was lost in the same sea that my mother lost it many years before, my grandfather died, and I reconciled with my mother.
The Universe loves to be symbolic when it comes to ending cycles.
Since then, seven years have passed, and we have had difficulty getting along due to resentment on both sides.
The fact is that when we left the ring shop the other day, she with her Moonstone ring and I with my Aquamarine ring, I understood that the Universe had closed the cycle.

As Steve Jobs said, “You can’t connect things looking forward; you have to look backward. So you have to trust that things will somehow connect in the future. You must trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever.”
So whatever you’re going through in your life, you’ll have to trust in life and the Universe, but I assure you, in the end, you will realize that nothing happens by chance.
Trust. Everything will end up making sense: all the pain, all the loss, all the hell you are going through has a reason, and sooner or later, you will get your answers.
